Scabies,body lice,or head lice???

Something is living on me and in my house.,They bite and itch terribly ! When on my chocolate brown sofa they look white almost but when I roll them up with the lint roller and zoom for a pic on my phone they are almost a semi transparent thing.They feel like little grain of sand on the sofa
I have deep lesions all over my upper back ,lower back shoulders hips and butt cheek.I have used a scabiside andinvermectin treated twice with ivermectin.
