Hiding texts with bosses daughter?

Caught my husband of 19 years having an emotional affair by way of phone calls that lasted 2 1/2 years behind my back...talked about it and he said it was nothing...now a year later he has another one on the line only thru texting this time..all behind my back (its his bosses daughter with 3 kids and a very nice husband (I know them all)..how stupid can he be?? He got caught the 1st time and had no remorse and never apologized...I don't think he knows that I have the ability to get these records from the phone company(it just shows "text" instead of voice. I just sit and shake my head as to why??? I would like a mans opinion on this..
