Our math teacher has given us a riddle to complete our test and all of us are stuck! We were given 5 worksheets, told it was open book and notes and given this riddle:
You will have 72,000 clicks of the clock to figure out my madness. I have chosen 23 problems from 82 provided and it is your job to figure out which ones they are. I have only selected one of each problem number from the 5 sheets provided and I have covered all that has been covered in class plus a few surprises. If you select with care and choose wisely and get 12 of the 23 I selected correct, you will have a perfect score. There are at least three but no more than 8 chosen on each page. Although there are 82 answer blanks on your answer sheet, all do not have to be filled. Only the 23 you choose to do. I will only grade those problems I have preselected and no others. Good luck!

Any ideas?? We figured out 19-23 because only one sheet had those numbers and two sheets had number 18 so we did both of those but we have no idea on the rest. And we only have one more class period to complete it.

@Jules5562,
Without seeing the 82 problems, there's no way to understand your question.

I'd choose the 22 prime numbers up to 82 plus the number 1 question.

The number of questions on each page probably reflects the space required for that batch of questions, nothing more and nothing less.
