I have a Lenovo Android Tablet on Chrome, 12mths old.
Across the top of my FB page is blue coloured Bar and it used to contain, in its left side, 4 small icons: 1.Newsfeed 2. Friends 3. Notifications 4. Etc.
In the last week I notice that the Friends icon (image of woman&man), is missing and now it shows only 3 icons.
The Friends icon showed me that an incoming 'friend request' had arrived.
So I ask: anyone know how/why this icon is mysteriously gone missing?
How will I know of future incoming friend requests?
Has FB blocked anyone from seeking me as a 'friend'?
Or is it the result of a silent FB 'update'?
I feel like a computer dumb dumb, and I am.

It probably is Facebook changing things around. They do that pretty constantly, and it's all in a ploy to get everyone to spend more time on the site and click on advertising.
