I have a business page that was set up using a personal account that I never use. I accessed the account via my browser and now browser history has been cleared and I have to log in to the personal FB to access my business page but cannot remember email, username or phone number. Is there anyway to gain access to my business account without these?

Probably not.
If you can't access your own personal account, you'll need to deal with FB support, and probably provide 2 forms of ID to get it unlocked.
