So this guy and I been talking on and off and we've made plans to go out but we never actually follow through with the plans because our schedule never match so we stopped making plans to go out...but we would still talk...so I told him I had feelings for him and he said he just wants to be friends..and he would just keep telling me he miss me and he's thinking about me and so on...I don't know if he's just playing with me or if he like me and he just don't want a relationship with me..(this has been going on for a year now) I cant do it no more
A year is long enough. Find another guy to get moony about, and choose one who is more likely to come across.

You haven't gone out after a year of making plans?
maybe you could take some of that time you spend talking and use it to go out
