why does CNN have Tump at 238 electoral votes and Fox has Trump at 254?

The AP has Trump at 244 and Hillary at 215

Its based on projected numbers, Trump will take arizona, michigan and penn. Probably Wisconsin too.

It doesn't matter, she called Trump and conceded the race. Besides, all three major news networks had different results all night. If I can figure out how to do a picture on this site, I'll upload it my notes.
