Going to doctors for anxiety what to do?

Finally decided to go to doctors about anxiety been talking on here about it for a while and have each day decided a bit more to do something about it but today I've decided to book an appointment asap just want to know what to expect from here (I'm in the U.K. As well) any replies appreciated

I know one person who did have anxiety/panic attacks who found great and persistent relief when prescribed with SERTRALINE. It is important to realise that any drug which works for one person may not suit another, so be prepared to ask for another solution if it does not work for you. Good luck.

Count, I'm sure your Dr can help you. I'd developed an all-day depression, whereupon mine 'script'ed a little blue pill called Sertraline. Miraculous.
