Confused

I am married man and I am also a sex addict. I have never had a relationship that I have not been unfaithful in. I think my true problem is my affinity for watching a woman have an orgasm. I usually can perform for 30-40 minutes at a time easily and I generally don't care if I "get one". I want this behavior to stop but I can't. I have been to meetings, I currently take medication. Nothing helps
