I do not know one single Justin Bieber song. I do not follow PewDiePie but Bieber makes a whole lot more money and women seem to love him so I'll go with Justin Bieber as the most popular. Money and good looks are what make a person popular for the most part. I'm going offline now because I just responded to this question.
