When a customerbuys a product the checkout area only allows them to purchase products separately...it should allow them to fill their cart. If they want they can make a separate order ,can't find a solution.
After you put something in the cart, it usually has a link to allow "Continue Shopping."
Maybe I am not understanding your question.
