I'm a Realtor in Fort Myers, Florida. We have tons of part time residence here from New England states, Minnesota and the Midwest in general. I need to create a page. What should a business page or group be named so people in other states join locally here in Fort Myers to view properties ?

Name it after your business and instead use your description to indicate where you service customers. You probably want to use a term like
snowbird in your description.
