I am currently working as an LPN with a Home Health Hospice company. I am 2 months away from graduating with my RN. I have had job offers that I want to apply and look into.
What is a good time to tell my current job I am looking into other options?
Any advice helps.

You tell them when you're giving them the required notice, after you've signed the contract for a new position.
