Having trouble viewing already purchased items in my shop

I've tried to contact FB help center (as in a human) and it is impossible. I am hoping someone out there knows how to help. I have sold several items on facebook that display they are unavailable on my products page, but the payments are not showing up anywhere on my processing purchases or completed purchases page. I even get confirmation e-mails saying they have been purchased, but again, not showing; not even when I click the "Orders" link in the e-mails to 'mark as shipped." They are also not showing on my PayPal or bank account, either. Please help!!! Thank you!
