Your account has been disabled

I tried to signup fora facebook account about a week ago, and as soon as I submitted the form for creating an account I got the following message "Your account has been disabled." I have not found any way to report this problem. Facebook says that to report a problem you have to login. Since I can not login I cannot report the problem. I have not been able to find any information on how to contact facebook. Does any one have a solution to this problem? Thanks.
