Seriously though your assignment is designed to drag your thinking through the history of philosophical discussion of the distinction, to the point where Quine's rejection of the distinction could imply the rejection of the concept of 'metaphysics' itself.
So it is naive of you to suppose that members of a forum like this are going to do the thinking for you.
