Hi guys! I've always been interested in being in good shape however there are certain habits that hold me back in this respect. One is drinking the other is smoking. this body will eventually die so is it worth the effort? I am thinking YES! the body should be healthy and lifestyle changes are hard when you are stuck in a rut. For me it's about living at the fullest and I'm at a few percent body fat which I hope to reduce. I strive for a healthy body/mind.

That is NOT going to happen if you drink and smoke a lot.
