Nah, you're great in general, not to get mushie.. but I tend to listen to you. I'm a woman. You'll know how he or she can look further for info. So will others, but they're not here yet..

I used to work with civils and structurals back in my landarch days - we got along well, except for one firm, a big one, and I won, cough. I didn't like their grading and redid it, big project, saved the devs money but also smarter take, and that firm's bigwig agreed with me after the junior got all huffy. That was unusual, mostly the batch of us got along over years.

Heck, I even listen to him in politics.
