basement light wiring

need help setting this up. basement lights. two switches and two lights. three way switches. i have drawing of the diagram but not sure how to attach it here. here what I see: Cable one: white tide with black from cable 2 and 3. black to the first light.
cable two(light 2):whites tied to the whites 3 and 4. then white from all goes to light 1. black tied to the black 3 and white 1.
cable 3: whites tied to 2 and 4. going to the white 1st light. cable 4:black going to the light 1.white tied to 2 and 3 going to the light 1. Issue: Light one constantly on and light two reacting on both switches.
