Welcome to our forum. This sentence isn't good grammar. I would say or write it this way:
I wouldn't ask you for something which I couldn't give you.

The sentence in its corrected form:

I wouldn't ask you for something which I couldn't give you.

Why would I ask you for something which I already have?

I'd say: I wouldn't ask for something that I couldnt give you. "I couldn't give you" is essential to the meaning of the sentence.

I think it could work in some contexts, like "I wouldn't ask for your love if I couldn't give you mine."

The MEANING is unclear in your sentence.

Do you mean:

I wouldn't ask you to do something that I wouldn't do for you.
