Hello,
Is these two sentences are grammatically correct? And which one do you prefer to use(formally)?I'm little confused of the two sentences.

"can i asking someone that already speak?"
or
"can i asking someone that already spoke?"

Neither is correct. Both have errors so gross that the intended meaning is unclear.

You might be wanting to say, "can I ask someone that already spoke?" or "can I ask someone who has already spoken?"

sure be these two.
"can I ask someone that already spoke?" or "can I ask someone who has already spoken?"
