They both mean "Do what must be done."
In the second sentence, I would recommend using
sunt
(indicative) rather
than
sint
(subjunctive).

I suspect he asked someone to translate "Do what must be done" into Latin
and gotten the results he posted. Now he is asking us to translate the
Latin response to English to verify that what he has is an accurate
translation.
