my solar project

hi guys,I have planned to start a project based on solar operated vehicle.I have used ultra capacitor bank as a battery.The problem is that i don't know how to choose the ratings of the ultra capacitor bank and the solar panel ratings and the bldc motor which will be act as the rotating part for wheel.Please tell me the ratings of these three . my project should be cost effective .So the small size module is enough.Give me ratings so that 12v bldc motor can run efficiently
