Boost unavailable

I have a Facebook personal page and a Business page. Recently, FB has accused me of monetizing Facebook and will not allow me to boost posts or create ads. I've tried to get them to explain to me how I monetized facebook or what I've done wrong, but I keep getting the same rude response from the same guy--basically, discussion is over and they won't explain anything. I've not made 1 red cent from anything I've posted or boosted. I boosted a couple of posts that were not mine originally but I didn't do it to make money, only to drive people to my business page. Is that monetizing facebook? I swear I didn't mean to do anything wrong but they will not talk to me! SO, is there any way to start over with Facebook, or should I just move on to other social media sights to promote my business? Thanks!
