I'm the least knowledgable person regarding recreational drugs. So unless someone was completely baked I doubt I would notice. Trump has been sniffing into the mic ever since he started his campaign, it seems more like boorish and slob behaviour to me. Everything about him screams 'Up yours' he makes no attempt to polish his behaviour and revels in his semi-crude, rude wise guy 'I'm a dangerous man' jerk persona. Money is his power, certainly not his intellect. His idea of success is stiffing people who work for him.
That's not the hallmark of a leader, Trump is just another aging bully with a ridiculous comb over. I wouldn't know if he uses drugs, I think he is just a graceless piggish man who has never learned to restrain his baser instincts and instead wears them like a badge of imagined manly behaviour.
