There is a thing in ISLAM or MUSLIM religion named ROZA or SAAOM. In this festive or religional task,one have to starve for about a day. I wanna know by you dudes that if your or other religion have the same type of thing or festive where one have to starve. Look guys by this we can find out many religional connections between religions. You dudes can also post replies about this connections between different religions like ROZA or SAAOM.

One day of fasting is not starving. Also, it's more healthier to eat small meals throughout the day rather than three big meals.
