Should websites ban discussions about religion, sex and politics?

Sometimes I get the urge to respond to temptation and discuss PRS or prissy as I prefer to refer to it as. What is it about these three topics that encourages the intellectually enfeebled such as myself ? Should it be banned ?

Someone will always find a way to get around it.

Keep in mind that that is the case with free, generalized sites such as this one. But if you go on forums for something truly specific, e. g. if there are still forums run by Honda for the purposes of discussing their products, and you start yapping about politics, your crap will be pulled ASAP.
