So the other day when it was the last day of school my friend was messing with his water bottle & he wanted to wet me but I didn't let him so I was trying to take the bottle way from him & it spill on the table & we got in trouble by the teacher then the girl I liked asked what happened & then asked if I was okay
It means she wanted to know if you were OK.

I presume that 'this' refers to the girl asking if he was OK, and that the OP wishes to know if it means he might get lucky if he wants to date her. That's what this type of question is usually about.
