Closet organizer

I have a closet organizer that was purchased at either bed, bath and beyond or shopko years ago. It says "Sekisui" on it, but I cannot find a picture anywhere of it put together.

It is white, has two metal wire shelves, and a lower hanging bar.

It has round clamps that grip around your existing closet rod, and oval shaped feet that brace on the floor. If anyone has this, or knows of an online picture, I would be grateful. I've spent over an hour looking.
