I know this may sound little awkward if I ask some Egyptian names. But somehow I find these names sounds different and have some unique taste. So I want to name my niece as Egyptian.
Why exactly would you be naming your niece? Isn't that usually a parental task?
Choices abound, including: Nefertiti, Hathor, Rabiah, Rabba or just name her Egypt.

The only egyptian I've known personally was/is a guy, and his first name is Nagi. I don't have any idea of the background of that name, and don't know if there is a female equivalent. The Nagi we knew was a wonderful guy who studied medicine in Mexico and later was in practice in California. He had originally left Egypt fleeing Nasser for reasons I never did know.
