Add Colors To Javascript Array Elements

I have multiple of these elements in my Javascript:

group[0][0]=new Option("Coursera","http://www.xxxabc.com/p/coursera.html")

I want to add a number with every option and its color so that the option would become "Coursera 80" with 80 being highlighted in green, similarly, if the option is below 70 then yellow, below 50 then red
