Neighbor sues me cause he claims my dog attacked hos dog.There was another dog involved but because the owner came and took hos dog no one knows who he is.I was slapped with $925. Thats like blood from a turnip.I may give $5 month .Any advice here? Im slapped only cause other owner unknown.

If your neighbor really wants the $$, they'll petition the court to garnish your wages until you've paid up.

Up to 25% of after tax and other mandatory deductions, if you are in New Mexico. If that leaves you with a minimum wage or less, they get nothing, and again, that's if you are in New Mexico.

They can do that in some places. Not Texas.
With an amount like that, your neighbor must have gone to small claims court and why weren't you invited to go? Does your neighbor have an actual judgement against you or is it just a letter of demand?
