Kuwait Customs

I have a shipment got stuck in Kuwait border which was sent via road from Dubai. Invoice, PL & COO have been made in a company name which is not registered in the Kuwait customs. Somehow we were able to get the ED in the same name in the Abu Dhabi border. Since the company is not registered in Kuwait Customs my shipment has got struck from past 15 days in Kuwait City Border. We have an agreement with one of the company in Kuwait which can import on behalf of us. Now the question is how do I change the documents especially ED & COO in the name of other company? Or else what are the other best way to get the shipment cleared?

* Shipment is of normal electrical items which include Fire & Gas detectors, Cables and accessories.
