I've been married for 17 years, I've always been stable in my relationship with my wife, I trusted her to the end of the earth. Then it happened... She cheated on me.

Then do something about it.
Get marriage counseling. Get to the root of the problem with an impartial professional observer who can actually help you.
Get tested, both of you and decide if one more chance is worth the risk of STDs.
