Help on how to monitor electricity usage

I need to monitor the electricity usage in a detached guest house. It has 4 circuits supplied from the main house. I'd like an inexpensive means of fairly dividing the bill between the main house and the guest house tenant. Single outlet meters are only option I know of. That would be a last alternative.

@carlC51,
Try shutting off all the electricity in the main house for a 24 hour period. Read the meter before and after the shut off.

Run the feed to the other accomodation through a watt-hour meter. $35.

By the way, what I posted above is just a picture, you can't use it as a link. It's a GE EZ-Read cyclometer type if that helps. The meter is a standard type used all over the US for new construction, rental properties, RV/boat supply, confirming the readings of a meter supplied by the utility company, that kind of thing.

@contrex,
It's good to know such an instrument exists, even though I personally don't have any cause to use it.
We have solar, and I'm not sure how much of a savings it provides, because my wife pays all the household bills.

I see I mis-spelled 'accommodation' above. Sorry.
