Well this may sound stupid but I feel like a piece of ****. Here's the story:
I'm studying english and I care for socisl problems, always did.
So I created a page on social media to learn about it all, and it created a circle of people that eventualñy (some) assumed I was from an english speaking country, let's say USA. Only a few knew I wasn't and that I was never there, ever. I just shared my thoughts, ideas and feelings in english which is not my language. But it was genuine. So far so good, I wasn't there to form special connections with anyone anyway. And I did lied to a few "fuckboys" but thst's it. People I really cared knew the truth that I wasn't from there. I deleted this whole thing bc I was being stalked by a creep for months, he did this to several women. He stolr my pics and spead lies about me. Well it doesn't mstter bc this p thinks I'm s foreign living in his country. But NOW the thing is this other guy I've been texting, he helped me with something and seems like he wants to meet me. He told me he likes me, etc. I didn't take him serious it's just texting it's the internet and he's kinda weird too but nice. (Btw i'm not saying i'm the most normal person lol ) He's 36 , I'm 25
But now idk what to do bc he seems so crushed and it's not bc I believe in this kind of "relationships" i don't! But honestly the attention feels good. Well finally my problem is that I haven't told him that I live hundreds of km away and he didn't ask either so I suppose he thinks I live in his country. He keeps texting and Tho I don't know him I don't want to hurt his feelings if he has them for me. It's not funny anymore he may be just a "fuckboy" but then he doesn't make sexual references . And he texts every morning, it's getting weird. I know of couples that literally knew each other throught the internet but that's defenetly NOT the case. What should I do? Tell him about it all or leave it that way ? ALSO I forgot to add that he's been texting this lovely lady he also met online way before me. He didn't told me I just know and honestly I like them as a couple lol but he has been ignoring her, he's too immature I guess...

There's nothing in your post to indicate that he is serious - other than he wants to talk to you online. You said he "seems" to want to meet.
I would be wary of a guy 36 who also talks to other girls. He does not sound like he wants to do anything but talk to you. It probably doesn't matter that you live so far away.
Tell him where you live and see what happens.

Tell him - "Brian (or whatever the hell his name is), I actually live in Germany (or wherever you live)."
And then he'll write something like, "Are you an American living there?"
And here's where you come clean and say, "No, I'm a native German (or whatever your nationality is). We learn English early here. Do you know any foreign languages?"
And then you're done and that's that. Seriously, this is probably not that big a deal. If he's interested, he's probably not going to care that much. If he isn't, then this revelation won't change that.
