The story is Im really stupid and very stupid.
I was drunk and I decided it was a good idea to try and give myself a tattoo again, very stupid. Please dont lecture me on it I know i'm stupid. But the worst part of all is I used PEN ink. and I cant tell my Mom about this because it'd be the end of everything. this is about the 4th day of having it. does it look infected?

Wait - you are old enough to get drunk, and brave enough to carve numbers into your arm, but you're scared of your mother? Anyhow, she'll find out what you've done when you are in the hospital on a drip, and she gets the bill. The longer you leave it, the bigger that will be.

I wouldn't make that judgment. Go to the emergency room, it sure looks like something bad is happening under your skin.

thanks for your response by the way. I am just going to tell her on Tuesday, Im sure it'll be Ok till then . I don't wanna ruin fourth of July for her. if I start getting a fever or feeling sick or anything like that i'll tell her before Tuesday.
You could have those numbers on your hand for a very long time, like years, after the infection goes down. How are you going to hide them? If you wear gloves all the time won't she get suspicious?
