How Can I remember English Words Quickly and Long?

When learning a new word, apply it to a sentence in as many ways as you can.
Use flip cards, and repeat the words often by using the word in new sentences.
Try to relate the word to something common.
Example: narcissism/narcissist = Trump/self absorbed. Trump has his name on buildings and on his airplane. Who else does that? When he talks, it's about me, me, me and me.
