My second language is french and have a little basic knowledge of it. But I dont know how to speak oral french well. So I want to get some ideas from native speakers or people who have studied it for a long time.Thank you very much.

Practice. Go to Québec or France and immerse yourself.
Watch (and listen to!) French films; likewise French TV, especially news bulletins where they tend to speak extra clearly. Plenty on the web. Read aloud from books and magazines. Enrol in a class, because you need to practice speaking to other people, and also receive guidance and tips from a teacher.
