The context is "We will cut them down. Leave the others in a ditch, but bring me the boy. Whatever he knows of his mother we will wring from him.”
Does the line "Leave the others in a ditch." just mean ignore others?

Need more context than this.

However, based on the violence intended toward the boy, it would seem pretty literal.
The intent is to kill the people besides the boy, leave them in a ditch, and commit further violence toward the boy to get information.
