What was the best eyeliner or eye pencil you ever used?

I've tried expensive ones but always go back to the least expensive ones because they seem to work best - they're called "Wet and Wild" and they sell for about a buck each just about everywhere.

I liked Bath and Body Works liquid liner but alas, they've discontinued it.

I really like Clinique.

Shiseido pencils.
Perfect consistency...very smooth.

I'm with Boomerang...I like the cheap stuff too. I get whatever is on sale at Target. I used to buy nice make-up at the fancy stores, but I kept leaving with a tiny bag with a few things, and no more "mad" money to blow. I do spend money on colognes though. My favorites are Angel by Thierry Mugler and Robert Cavalli. Also there are a few Jo Malone's that are really nice.
