ISR in 8085

Where is ISR located in 8085 microprocessor? Can't we have I/O operation in that memory location? Is that reserved memory location?

An ISR can be of two kinds: hardware and software.

Ok... now lets consider ISR address of RST7.5 ,
it's (003C)H... now the question is
can't we store any instruction/data in this particular address? Is that reserved memory location where ISR is only located?
