Multimedia Assignment Please Help

Hello, out of desperation I have come to this forum in hopes that someone has the answer to my questions. I have been given a topic " Multimedia on the web" and with this I have to complete the following tasks : Carry out research about an assigned topic ( Multimedia on the web) , Summaries information about an aspect of multimedia , Create multimedia elements to include in a flash file , Develop and present a Flash presentation , Create an accompanying supporting document.
The flash file :
A minimum of 6 grames (pages) each page will have a maximum of 20 words.
A minimum of 1 image per page.
1 text animation created by you.

The supporting Document:
Statement of Intent
Research (200 words maximum) , general information about Multimedia on the web.
Storyboard, a hand sketched storyboard.
Timeline, the time allocated to various parts of the assignment.
I also need to do a 3 minute long presentation , talking about Multimedia on the Web.
If you have answers to these questions please msg me as I only have a few hours left to complete this assessment and I'm having a hard time since our teacher didn't teach us anything to prepare us for this. Thank you
