I guess this isn't error-less, is it?

This is a piece of writing about brain.
Please check this out.

I declare that I am the master of my brain.
I declare that I have infinite possibilities and creative power.
I declare that my brain has the right to accept or refuse.
any information and knowledge that it is offered.
I declare that my brain loves humanity and the earth.
I declare that my brain desires peace.

While looking at this, I wondered if this is error-less.
The 4th line 'any information and knowledge that it is offered'
must be, I think, either

1. any information and knowledge that IS offered OR
any information and knowledge that IT offered.

And the next line 'the earth' should be 'the Earth', I suspect.

Could you please tell me if my guess is correct or not?
I wish I had some English-speaking friends, but I have none
and this is almost the only place that I can turn to.
