why most Q&A websites are so stupid.

1. yahoo answer
you need a phone number to open a yahoo answer account.
I do not know how many fools will give their phone number to others.
The number of users of yahoo answer go down 75% in 2015, --- yahoo answer, wiki.

2. Quora
Quora checks all answer by its bots.
usually short answers will get rejected.
The system sometime shows a message: you need provide a reference.
I asked a few questions there, people wrote a short essay as a answer.

3. girls ask guys.
New member can ask 2 question per day.
