Hello, folks, how are you?
My name is Mahmoud, I have a very important question, and it would be best answered by girls. The thing is, about two months ago, I took a course in the university and it was held once a week, every session during the spare time, either before or after the class, a girl from the neighbouring class would repeatedly pass our class and would give me looks, she would practically come and go on purpose and give me looks, lots of looks!!! At first I wasn't interested in her, but she was just so cute and finally I fell for her! But I didn't have the guts to go up to her and ask, and the exams came along and I didn't see her until yesterday, which I went daring and went to her and asked her if I could have her number! She said she didn't recall my face, but it was a BIG lie, I swear she knows every cell of my face, anyways, she said, and I quote "sorry, I can't give you my number, I'm in a relationship and don't want any trouble". But she kept smiling and smiling... God that face was cute! And I, being extremely disappointed, apologised to her and said good bye! You see, I have a feeling that she wants me to ask her again, but I'm not sure, my daring-self tells me to do this again, but my disappointed-self tells me to give up! Pleaaaaaaaaaaase, would you girls be so nice and tell me what to do? Do you have any idea what she really wants? Or what she really meant by those words???
Thanks to you all
@Mahmoudary,
I wouldn't ask her again.
There are two possibilities. One is that you are misreading her and that she doesn't want to give you her number). The second is that she is playing a game.
Either one of these possibilities is a good reason for you to just drop it and find someone else.
She's cute and she smiles - probably at a lot of people.
That's what it sounds like.
Why do you think she was coming on to you ? What else besides a smile do you have to make an assumption that she wants to go out with you?
@Mahmoudary,
Quote:sorry, I can't give you my number, I'm in a relationship and don't want any trouble". But she kept smiling and smiling...
You have your answer - she did not want to give you her phone number. She may be telling the truth or she may be giving you a "white" lie. Telling you she is in a relationship so as not to hurt your feelings that she might not be at all interested in you.
She is probably smiling because that is the type of person she is - one that is happy and smiles a lot. Many girls are like that --- when I was younger (probably still) I smiled a lot just the way I was --- my younger daughter is like that. All her teachers tell me she smiles all the time. And my daughter makes it quite clear she does not like school, but yet she is always smiling there.
Basically my take is she is a smiler. Probably makes her look even cuter. Don't you think that girls look cuter when they smile?
Oh, give a break! I know when a girl generally smiles to everyone! Believe me, I can name hundreds of girls around me smiling at me all the time, this one MUST have been pretty different that made assume she means something! If I couldn't tell the difference between a smiling girl and others, I would've asked for everyone's numbers! There were some specific points that I didn't see necessary to post here, but now I have to! Ok, you're all right, someone passing by your side throwing short glances at you, smiling at you is not necessarily interested in you, fair enough, but doesn't it make you curious when someone, along with the aforementioned actions, leaves her friends and comes out of the class and paces EXACTLY at the door of your class?! One day, I waited for an hour outside her class until it finished, she came out with her friends and saw me heading down the stairs, and I heard her telling her friends "Oh my goooooddddddd, there's no way he comes here to wait for me again"
Now, still think I'm paranoid?!!!!

actually if I were her, I'd be worried that you're a stalker and by the comment you report here, she is concerned
