Psych statistical tests

Hi guys,
just wondering if anyone could suggest what statistical test i would run for the following hypotheses (T-tests aren't allowed):

H1: All participants will score lower (indicating poorer cognitive performance) on a cognitive performance assessment following the TAVI procedure than they did prior to the procedure.

H2: The group training and at home training groups will score higher (indicating better cognitive performance) on both cognitive performance assessments following intervention than the control group.

A further objective of the study was to explore the differences between the group training group and the at home training group on the cognitive assessments.
