Do you prefer lenses or glasses?

I prefer glasses.
But I have a problem, constantly I break up the prescription glasses. Here now again. I will buy new.
I tried to put lenses never.
What to choose?

Why do you break the glasses? If you get lenses do you think there might be a chance you will loose them all the time?
I wear glasses and could not imagen using lenses.
