The script on print is the same as that in old German books I have. Given that it's a German scene I suspect it's also a German artist. Perhaps Walter H will have some advice when he wakes up (in Germany )

I wonder if there is a site that deals in idíng religious travel art.

(given the wardrobe and script, my guess would be that the original of this piece is 120 - 150 years old - probably something every tourist picked up in those days)

Unfortunately I cannot tell if this was part of a book or not, because the person who owned it before me glued a matting on it that also covers it's back
