1937 Werlitzer Pedal assembly

I am trying to restore an old Werlitzer. When fixing the pedal assembly, one of the dowels that hold the pedals in place broke. I am looking for a place to purchase the dowel with the felt already inserted before I have to make one myself. Does anyone know where to find that particular part and what the exact name of it would be?
